About Emily
Emily has been coaching high-performance individuals, teams, and groups for nearly 30 years. She got her start in performance coaching and professional development working with Tony Robbins as a Trainer in 1997. Over the years, she went on to work as a Master Trainer on Tony’s international team, a Robbins Research International Business Results Coach, and as part of the teaching and mentoring faculty of Tony’s Leadership Program. Over the last 30 years, Emily has also maintained a private coaching practice, working with individuals, teams, and organizations to provide high-level executive and business coaching. Her clients include business owners, entrepreneurs, high-level executives, executive teams, sales teams, family offices, and other high-performance individuals.
Emily has extensive expertise in various areas of executive coaching. Her focus areas of coaching include: cultivating confidence and mastering influence for impactful leadership; strategic planning and execution; redefining and implementing culture shifts; integrating, motivating and empowering people; improving individual and team performance; developing inroads for impeccable communication; conflict resolution; long-term vision planning, and leading with an aligned mindset. Emily has a PhD in Psychoneurology, as well as a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a Certified Robbins-Madanes Strategic Coach and a Certified Wellness Coach, and she holds a number of other certifications, including: Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Neuro-Associative Conditioning, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, Rapid Integrative Gestalt, Virginia Satir's Family Constellation Work, Rational Emotive Therapy, Core Transformation Process. |
